We initiate the discussion by gaining a details understanding of your business, your vision, your target users, your existing process and the problem you wish to solve from this. Our team of engineers, business analysts and designers will sit with you to discuss all these in detail and establish a feature set for the solution that best meet your needs.

Based on our initial discussion with you, we will prepare a project proposal outlining the main objectives of the system, main features to be included, how we will work, technology stack we will use in the project, the time it will take to develop your product and an estimated costing for the project.

Once you approve our proposal, we begin the next stages of our process which include wireframing, designing, prototyping and requirement documentation. We start of by creating the wireframes for your product Once our wireframes are approved, our designers will get to work and create stunning designs for your product, which we will use for the prototype. Requirements for the whole product will also be documented using user stories by our Business Analysts.

Based on the technology stack we identified, we put together the best developers for your project. We initially start off with the first iteration on the project plan and at the end of every 2 weeks, we deliver a working section of the software to you. Whether it’s a custom software, website or a mobile app, we will provide you an environment to view our progress and ensure that your requirements are captured in every stage of the development phase.

We pride ourselves on delivering quality software to our customers. Our code is scalable, readable, reusable and high performing. Every phase of the project involves a round of testing conducted by our QA engineers and released for you to conduct user acceptance testing so you can test the features we released and provide your feedback and point of any issues you identified. Once the final release of the product is complete and User acceptance is passed, it’s time to go live with your product. Based on your preference, we will host your application. We have worked with a number of hosting providers and we are happy to provide our preferences if you have not chosen one.
